Monday Musing: Long on Empathy
If you're asking yourself, "What should I be selling right now?" you're asking yourself the wrong question. The right questions are, "What do my customers need from me right now?" and "How can I help them?" When you reframe that question, it reframes your mindset. When you reframe your mindset, the answer becomes clear. Your customers may need help in a different way. Maybe they need some connection, maybe they need an ear to bend, maybe they need a shoulder to cry on. Maybe they need someone to just speak out loud to and work things out. Are you that person?
