It's become obvious that sales cycles are taking longer these days. You aren't closing deals on your normal timeline and this can throw your whole game off kilter.
On this episode, Jeff talks about not getting hung up on timing. Keep your pipeline full and move as efficiently as possible through your process. Above all, avoid panic. This will only cause unforced errors and my prompt you to devalue your solution by offering incentives or discounts too soon.
