104 Monday Musing: So Long And Thanks For All The Fish

On this week’s Monday Musing Jeff has a song stuck in his head and not just because it has a catchy hook but a theme that has everything to do with Execution month.

In order to execute, you have to know what needs to be executed on. But so many things in our life (both work and home) serve to distract us and disrupt the focus necessary to answer the questions that will lead to execution.

Do you know what you’re going out to execute every day or do you just wake up with a task list and pretend that that’s going to be effective for you? These are the questions that are really tough to answer and oftentimes they’re are answered incorrectly because of all the noise surrounding the tech and the tools that salespeople use to implement those strategies are or handle those tasks.
